Why we publish these. Anyone can claim to be trusted. We'd rather show our numbers — what we shipped, what went wrong, what we refunded, what we caught. Every figure comes from our actual operational records.

Schedule. One report per year, published every May, covering the prior calendar year. The next report — for 2026 — will be published in May 2027.
