Transparency report 2026
Every number below is read from our own records the moment you open this page. Nothing is typed in by hand and nothing is rounded in our favour. Refresh it tomorrow and it will have moved.
We publish this because a verification service asking you to trust its data should be willing to show its own.
What we did
How fast we delivered
Measured from the moment payment cleared to the moment the report was finished. Every completed order is counted, including the slow ones.
The slow ones are the honest part of this table. 387 orders took more than an hour, almost always because the record was not in the automated sources and somebody had to go and find it.
When something went wrong
Every customer who told us something looked wrong got a person, not a ticket. Our team searches again by hand and updates the report free of charge — including when the second search finds nothing, because that is an answer too.
Where our buyers are
Buyers in 112 countries have used JP Sheet. The eight above are the busiest this year.
Legal and privacy requests
We received no requests from any government, court or law enforcement agency for customer data this year.
If we ever do, we will say so here and — unless a court forbids it — tell the customer concerned. We hold very little that would interest an authority: an email address, an order, and a vehicle record. We hold no vehicle owner names or addresses at all.
Why this report starts in 2026
Our platform was rebuilt from scratch in 2026, and the operational records from before that rebuild are not complete enough to publish. We would rather show one year we can stand behind than four we cannot.
A previous version of this page carried figures for an earlier year. Those figures were not properly evidenced, and the page has been removed rather than corrected. We are telling you that here because a transparency report that quietly edits its own history is worth nothing.
How these numbers are produced
They are database queries, run when you load the page. There is no spreadsheet, no manual entry and no quarterly write-up that can drift from reality.
Orders counts paid orders, excluding refunded ones. Delivered counts reports marked complete. Speed measures payment to completion in minutes. Problems reported counts every message sent through the “report a problem” form on a report page.
What is not here: revenue. A transparency report is about how a company treats its customers, not what it earns. Order counts tell you whether we are busy and whether we deliver; turnover tells you nothing you can act on.
If you think a figure here is wrong, email [email protected]. We will check the query and correct it publicly.
