I didn't receive my report email+

First, check your spam / junk / promotions folder — delivery emails sometimes land there. Search your inbox for "JP Sheet" or "jpsheet.com".

Still nothing? Your report link is permanent and never expires, so it is not lost. Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with the email address you paid with and your chassis number, and we'll resend your link within hours. You can also use the contact form below (choose "Report Not Received").

My payment failed or was declined+

Payment issues are usually one of these: an international-transaction block from your bank, an expired card, or a temporary gateway timeout.

Try this: use a different card, try PayPal if available, or check with your bank that international/online payments are enabled. If you were charged but did not get a report, do not pay again — contact us with the payment reference and we'll locate the order or refund it. See accepted payment methods.

No record found for my chassis number+

First, double-check the chassis number format — it is letters, a hyphen, then numbers (e.g. NZE141-6048720). A single wrong character returns no result.

If it is correct and still not found, the car may be from an older auction, a regional house, or a private archive outside the standard database. Our Manual Search service ($35) has our team contact the auction house directly — with a full refund if nothing is found.

I received the wrong report or the data looks incorrect+

Our data comes directly from the Japanese auction database and is never edited by us — but if something looks wrong, we will re-verify immediately at no cost.

Contact us with your chassis number and what looks incorrect (choose "Wrong Report Delivered" on the form). If we delivered the wrong vehicle, we will correct it or refund you in full.

Where do I find my chassis number?+

Your chassis (frame) number is on your vehicle registration document, on a sticker inside the driver's door frame, or on the dashboard visible through the windscreen. If buying from a dealer, simply ask them for it — a trustworthy seller will share it without hesitation.

It looks like NZE141-6048720 — a model code, a hyphen, then a serial number.

How long does my translation or Deeper Scan take?+

Translations and Deeper Scans are delivered in 30 minutes on average, with a 12-hour hard maximum. The basic auction sheet report itself is instant after payment. If it has been longer than 12 hours, contact us with your chassis number and we'll check the status right away.

I want a refund+

Refunds are processed within 24 hours when eligible. The most common case — Manual Search with no record found — is always fully refunded. For other cases, see our Refund Policy, then contact us with your chassis number and payment reference (choose "Refund Request" on the form).

Can I share or re-access my report later?+

Yes. Every report and translation has a permanent public link that never expires and needs no login. Bookmark it, or share it with your dealer, mechanic, bank or shipping company. Lost the link? Contact us with your payment email and chassis number and we'll resend it.
