How do I claim a refund?

Email mail@jpsheet.com with your order number. Most refunds are processed within 24-48 hours back to your original payment method.

Are there any exceptions?

Refunds apply to records we cannot retrieve or deliver. They do not apply to records we successfully deliver but you change your mind about. Full details in our Refund Policy.

If you ordered our $3 translation add-on but we can't translate the record (e.g. illegible inspector handwriting), we refund the translation fee.

If our system fails to deliver your purchased report due to a technical issue we can't fix within 24 hours, you get a full refund.
