JP Sheet operates worldwide and welcomes buyers from every country where international law permits us to do business. Here is how we handle sanctions compliance and what determines service availability for your transaction.

We serve buyers worldwide

Service availability is determined by whether your payment can be processed lawfully — not by blanket country lists. The vast majority of buyers worldwide can use our service normally.

What is JP Sheet's approach to sanctions compliance?

Like most globally-operated services, JP Sheet's sanctions compliance is enforced primarily at the payment-processing layer rather than through country-level service blocking. This is the standard approach used by Stripe, PayPal, and the international banking system that supports our transactions.

In practice, this means:

How is service availability determined for my order?

Your transaction flows through several compliance checkpoints, in this order:

1
You place an order on JP SheetYou provide chassis number, your contact information and choose a payment method (card, PayPal, or local agent payment).
2
Your payment processor screens the transactionStripe (for cards) or PayPal performs sanctions screening using its own regulated compliance systems. They check the card issuer, billing address, and other signals against international sanctions lists.
3
Outcome depends on the processorIf the processor approves the transaction, the payment succeeds and your order proceeds. If the processor declines for any reason — including sanctions concerns — the payment fails before reaching us.
4
We deliver your reportFor successfully completed transactions, we deliver the report you ordered. Your country of residence does not change the report content or quality — every customer worldwide receives the same data, format and lifetime link.
Bottom line: if your payment goes through, your report is on the way. There is no second, hidden country check after payment.

Which sanctions laws apply to JP Sheet?

The applicable framework comes from our payment processors and our home jurisdiction:

Each provider has its own published sanctions and acceptable-use policy. We do not maintain a separate country block list — relying on a single compliance source rather than duplicating screening prevents inconsistent outcomes for buyers.

Are there any transactions JP Sheet absolutely cannot fulfil?

Yes — independent of any payment processor. We honour the small number of United Nations Security Council comprehensive sanctions as a matter of international law. Even if a transaction somehow cleared payment, we would not deliver service where doing so would violate:

These are narrow, narrowly-defined prohibitions — they do not apply to ordinary consumer car-buyers in any country.

My payment was declined — does that mean my country is "banned"?

Not necessarily. Payment declines happen for many reasons:

If your payment was declined, please:

  1. Check that international online payments are enabled on your card
  2. Try a different card, or try PayPal if your first attempt was by card
  3. If you have access to a friend or family member's account in another country, payment from theirs to ours is acceptable
  4. Contact our local-payments agent for alternative methods (WhatsApp: +92 333 4882726) — we work with regional payment apps in many countries

In most cases, a declined payment is fixable with one of the steps above.

What if I am personally on a sanctions list?

If you are personally named on a sanctions list — for example the UN Consolidated List, the US OFAC SDN List, the UK or EU sanctions lists — we cannot provide service to you, regardless of which country you are physically located in. This applies to a very small number of individuals and entities globally, and is independent of national policy.

This is enforced automatically through our payment processors' compliance screening.

What happens when sanctions law changes?

Sanctions regulations change frequently. Our approach to staying current:

Does JP Sheet discriminate by nationality?

No. Beyond the narrow, internationally-mandated compliance described above:

If you have been unjustly denied service or have a payment problem you cannot resolve through the steps above, please email us at [email protected] with subject "Service Access Concern". We will review your case personally — a human, not an automated system.
