Business account terms
The simple rules for business accounts. You accept them before every purchase.

- Records as they are. We deliver each auction record exactly as we find it. We do not change it or add to it.
- Old records count. Sometimes the record found is an old one. It is still a delivered report: 1 credit is used and it is not refunded.
- USS auctions. USS limits its data. A Full Auction Report for a USS car has the auction sheet and auction details only - no sold price and no photos. The Report + Translation + Deeper Scan adds them.
- Dealer stock. Some records are dealer stock, not auction cars. They have no inspection, so there is no auction sheet - only pictures and venue details.
- Wrong car. If we deliver a report for a different chassis, tell us in Help within 7 days. We give 1 credit back within 24 hours.
- Credits. 1 credit = 1 Full Auction Report. 1 credit = 3 translations. Report + Translation + Deeper Scan = 2 credits; adding it to a report you already have uses 1 more credit. Searching is free. Credits never expire.
- Translations and Deeper Scans. They are made by our team and are ready in 60 minutes to 12 hours. They are on the dashboard only, not in the API.
- Your own brand. You may copy any report into your own reports, PDFs or website and show it under your own name.
- Pictures. Show the pictures from the links we give you. Do not bulk-download them: no more than 1,000 picture downloads a day, spread through the day.
- Your API key. Keep your key secret - every report made with it uses your credits. If it leaks, make a new key in your dashboard and the old one stops working at once.
- Activation. Dashboard credits are added right after payment. API access, and refills for API accounts, take up to 24 hours.
- No cash refunds. Payments for credits are not refunded in cash. Credits never expire, so you can use them at any time.
- Prices. Prices shown in reports are auction prices only. Customs duties, shipping and transport are not included.
